Vacuum carburizing
Achieving high functionality and high performance for low-cost steel! Clean processing that is also gentle on the global environment.
"Vacuum carburizing" is a method that increases the carbon content on the surface of low carbon steel and low carbon alloy steel, hardening only the surface layer through quenching. The surface becomes hard and wear-resistant, while the interior retains the material's flexible and tough state. It is mainly used in automotive parts and various machine components. Additionally, the spheroidization of cementite enhances machinability, while the fatigue strength of bearing steel and the toughness of tool steel are improved, resulting in better quality compared to gas carburizing. [Features] - Carburizing without grain boundary oxidation - Carburizing of fine hole inner surfaces, uniform carburizing - Carburizing of stainless steel - High concentration carburizing - Reduction of global warming factors *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
